Cancellations: Cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable; we do require a cancellation be made at least 72 hours prior to your stay.

Peak Season with 2 night minimums: All Festival weekends, major holiday weekends and December 14, 2008 - January 3, 2009.

Peak Season Deposits: A one night deposit to your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover will guarantee your room.

Peak Season Cancellations: We require any cancellation a minimum of 14 days prior to check-in. If a cancellation is necessary within the 14 day limit, we will make every attempt to rebook your room for you. Your deposit will be promptly returned if your room is rebooked. All Peak Season cancellations will be charged a $15.00 fee.
